Returns Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm sorry to hear that, however, simply get in touch with me and arrange to return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
 

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
 
Please kindly note that I do not accept returns on items that have been personalised, custom made/made to order for you, as these items have been made specifically to your size and specifications. 

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.
 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
 

The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
 

Faulty/Damaged Items:

Hopefully your jewellery will arrive in perfect condition. Sometimes things do go wrong in transit.  I will gladly repair or replace an item if it is faulty/damaged. I ask for the item to be returned to myself in the first instance so that I can inspect it, I wiill then contact you on receipt of the goods. For a replacement or repair, this will be dealt with on receipt. (Faulty items will be eligible for free repair/replacement within a period of 3 months from the point of sale. If your item is eligible for a refund, this will also be processed on receipt of the item back to myself.

 

Repairs or alterations may be undertaken after the 3 month period for a small fee -  please get in touch if you have any queries
